The candidate will be responsible for all administrative office works. He/She is in charge of the administrative arm of the school and works to manage the affairs of the administrative department of the school.
He /She acts as the personal assistant to the Head of School, replies and reads emails, follows up with department members, enquires and phone calls.
The candidate must possess a Bachelor Degree in related subject and be very fluent in both written and spoken English as well as a local language.
A minimum of 3 years experience in the same field either in a school or related environment.
The candidate should have computer knowledge and skills specially in MS office and Excel as well as related HR skills.
